If you use Nameely on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by invited team members.

3. Platform Services

Nameely provides AI-powered tools for writing, document generation, chat, and related productivity workflows.

Features may evolve over time. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the platform with reasonable notice when practical.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Credits

Paid plans and one-time credit purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Credits are consumed when AI features are used. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money unless required by law.

Subscription renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations follow the billing terms shown at checkout and in your account billing settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Nameely. Prohibited actions include:

• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Using the platform to create illegal, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or disrupting service operations.
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Your Content and Feedback

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Nameely permission to process that content solely to provide and improve the services.

If you provide feedback, you grant Nameely the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

7. Intellectual Property

Nameely, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from Nameely materials.

8. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

Nameely is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before critical use.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nameely is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements.

You may stop using Nameely at any time. Certain obligations, including payment obligations and legal protections, survive termination.
